What are the precautions to be taken when operating a tracto

2022-06-29 11:58
Summer is the season of frequent tractor operations, due to the high outdoor temperature, so more attention should be paid to the operation.

1. often add cooling water
Summer weather is hot, cooling water evaporates quickly, such as not adding cooling water in time, it is very easy to make the engine overheating phenomenon. Overheating will not only make the lubricant thinning, lubrication performance decline, and parts will also be overheating to produce expansion, destroying the normal fit gap, which leads to jamming, pulling the cylinder and other serious mechanical accidents. So in the work should always pay attention to the water temperature meter reading (or radiator level mark) and cooling water level. If it is insufficient, soft water should be added to the radiator in time.

2. Frequently check the tension of the fan drive belt
Fan drive belt tension must be appropriate, if too loose will cause slippage, so that the fan and water pump speed reduction, insufficient cooling airflow, cooling cycle is weakened; if too tight, it will cause excessive load on the bearing, wear and tear. Adjustment with the thumb in the middle of the drive belt press down, the drive belt can sag 10 ~ 15mm can be. 3.

3. Correct use of thermostat
Some drivers wrongly believe that the lower the temperature in summer, the better, will be removed from the thermostat, with a cork will be “small cycle” of the two water pipe mouth blocked. This will greatly extend the engine warm-up time and accelerate the wear and tear of parts. Therefore, the thermostat should not be removed in summer, generally can not use the thermal curtain, shutters should be placed in the full open position.

4. Prevent fuel gas resistance
Summer high temperature, high engine speed, heat dissipation difficulties, easy to gas resistance, so that the engine is sometimes a few minutes of downtime is difficult to start. Therefore, summer driving can be a wet cloth over the fuel pump, and regularly dripping water to keep wet, to reduce the generation of gas resistance.

5. Avoid prolonged and continuous operations
Avoid prolonged operation in summer, especially in the middle of the day. If you need to work continuously for a long time, you should stop the tractor every once in a while to check the temperature of the tires and the temperature of the water, oil and machine. If the temperature is too high, the tractor should be parked in a cool place, until the temperature drops, and then continue to work.

6. Pay attention to the maintenance of the battery
In summer, the electrolyte in the battery water is easy to evaporate, should often check the battery level, add distilled water in a timely manner, so that the battery level is higher than the pole plate 10 ~ 15mm, to prevent oxidation of the exposed pole plate. At the same time to keep the battery clean, keep the vent hole on the lid of the liquid filling port unobstructed. For temporarily unused batteries should be placed in a cool and ventilated place.
